SALT WATER CHLORINATION – An electrical device which produces chlorine from a pool having saline water, giving a very pleasant swim and increasingly popular, IMPORTANT: NEVER TO BE USED IN A SWIMMING POOL WITH GALVANIZED SIDEWALLS.  See aluminium alloy pools below

ALUMINIUM ALLOY SIDEWALLS – Replacing the regular galvanized steel sidewall panels with Alloy 5251 H6 Aluminium confers an extreme degree of resistance to salt water and is specified by the Royal Navy for marine applications.  A must with salt water chlorination or in installations with a saline high water table.  Far less expensive than stainless steel 316.

UNDERFELT In most of France and many other European countries the building sand is very sharp and can cause pinhole damage to liners long term, we offer special underfelt to cover the base of the pool. Price is based on Max pool length x max pool width in meters

BULLNOSE COPING – If you wish to cast a concrete deck in to the top of a Christal Pool, we have a bull nose liner extrusion to accommodate this as an alternative to our standard extrusion.  This adds an additional 45mm (1¾”) to the pool sidewall height. 

WIDER BASERAIL  - Reduces the sidewall load by 60%.  Ideal for supporting a cast deck or for soft ground conditions.  Substitution for the standard base rail

CERAMIC TILEBAND – For use in areas which are subject to intense sunlight which can sometimes rapidly degrade liners above water level, an easily fitted plastics extrusion which can hold square tiles measuring 148mm. (150mm pitch). When you specify this, make sure that your liner is ordered in non-tile band material e.g. “Arctic Ice allover”. Each pool panel is 2500mm long, each extrusion 2000mm, always buy one extra extrusion

CERAMIC TILES FOR THE ABOVE – Are best sourced locally according to your preference.  You will need 17 tiles per pool panel plus one panel.  We can supply various patterns. Boxes of 46 tiles sufficient for runs of 6.9 meters

SOLAR BUBBLE COVER – Is ideal for retaining the heat in any swimming pool.

ALL PURPOSE POOL COVER* – A complete cover for your pool which demands two-person operation, but which is good for overnight or long period covering i.e. for pools which are left unattended for months at a time, but suitable only if the walk-in-steps or step filter are at the extreme ends.  Maximum pool width plus 50cm x maximum pool length plus 2 metres for step filters or 3 meters for walk-in-steps
